Salary: €48,500 - €72,700 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive performance improvements and inform strategic decisions. This role is focused on enhancing our understanding of marketing effectiveness and market positioning by managing and analysing data, evaluating marketing performance, and reporting competitor and market trends. You will be working across SSE Airtricity (B2C & B2B) and SSE Energy Solutions brands (B2B) in Irish and GB markets.
You’ll work with a diverse range of data sources, using your analytical skills and technical expertise to support data standardization and visualization, helping the team make informed and impactful business decisions. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Data Management and Reporting: Assist in defining reporting requirements and identifying data gaps. Develop and maintain processes to gather and clean data from various sources.
- Performance Evaluation: Support the accurate and timely reporting of KPI's and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and Return on Investment of marketing campaigns.
- Competitor and Market Analysis: Perform regular competitor and market analysis, to benchmark marketing performance and identify industry trends.
- Marketing Initiative Assessment: Support in conducting thorough assessments of marketing initiatives, recommending adjustments based on performance insights and market trends.
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- A background in Performance Marketing or Economics with demonstrable interest and experience in behavioural economics and consumer influence.
- The ability to develop valuable insights and craft compelling stories from data and to evaluate performance, with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work with multiple data sets from a variety of sources and provide best practice on data standardisation and visualisation using Excel / Power Query / Power BI / Python / GA4.
- A team player approach with good collaboration skills and an ability to co-create requirements and roadmaps.
