Base Location: Dublin
Salary: €90,000 - €105,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?
Our Agile Business Change Manager will lead a team of professionals within the User Acceptance Testing and User Experience design discipline. In this role you will:
- establish and improve ways of working to ensure the team is set up to support change, work with IT scrum teams and align to the business priorities
- support the Business Change team in preparing for Strategic Alignment and Product Alignment sessions and to support the business in the successful delivery of change and transformation
- represent the teams in cross functional meetings and discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of agile methodologies.
- guide and coach the teams to deliver high quality products and services that meet or exceed SSE customers' expectations
- support the business in planning, prioritising to ensure we deliver value for our customers and business
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- extensive experience working in an agile framework or method, and in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working closely with both Product Management & Major Programme - Project Management teams
- extensive people management and/or experience in UAT and UX team management
- excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence people outside own sphere of responsibility
- highly developed drafting and writing skills with workshop facilitation experience
