Salary: £58,100- £87,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
This is a meaningful opportunity to step into a senior Finance Business Partner role supporting IT, where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape financial insight, guide decision-making, and help deliver real value. You’ll play a central role in building strong partnerships across IT and Finance, ensuring cost control, enabling investment decisions, and embedding thoughtful, forward-looking financial processes. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, this role offers the chance to influence at scale while contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will
- Provide clear, insightful financial analysis and narrative to support IT and Finance leadership in making informed decisions
- Identify risks, pressures, and opportunities, working collaboratively to develop supportive intervention plans
- Lead financial input into investment cases, including assessment, sign-off, and ongoing benefits realisation
- Create and maintain a trusted IT performance scorecard, bringing together financial and non-financial insights
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and management information
You have
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience in a business-facing role
- Experience in finance business partnering, ideally within IT or a large, complex organisation
- A thoughtful approach to managing cost bases, investments, and benefits realisation
- Experience shaping financial processes and governance frameworks
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and support senior stakeholders constructively
