The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Networks Finance team as a Finance Analyst, where you’ll play a meaningful part in supporting thousands of electricity connection projects each year. Based in Perth, you’ll work closely with operational and engineering teams, helping ensure financial processes run smoothly from initial quotation through to billing and project completion. This role offers a blend of hands-on financial processing and analytical insight, giving you the chance to build strong relationships, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
You will
- Support end-to-end financial processes across connections projects, from quotation acceptance to invoicing and project closure
- Deliver accurate and timely invoicing, income transfers, and refunds, maintaining care and attention to detail
- Build positive relationships with internal teams and external customers, helping resolve queries with clarity and empathy
- Provide guidance and support on financial systems and processes, including project billing and Oracle Financials
- Contribute to monitoring project performance, offering thoughtful insights to support decision-making
You have
- Experience working in a financial environment, with the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadlines
- A strong understanding of financial systems and processes, ideally within an ERP environment
- Confidence working with data, alongside solid numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with others
- Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with Oracle, Power Apps, or similar tools is advantageous
