The role
As a Customer Relations Advisor, you'll work in the Customer Contact Centre. You'll assist our Customer Service and Operational teams by offering solutions and delivering excellent service to customers who have filed complaints.
You will
- Assist our customers with their complaints, guiding them through our resolution process.
- Be allocated your own cases to resolve, responsibilities include contacting your customer in the promised timescales, investigating their queries or concerns, and producing a co-ordinated company response.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, protecting customer data and informing them of their rights.
- Ensure all timescales and key milestones are met by effectively using the database to log and file complaints correctly.
- Communicate clearly to guide stakeholders at all levels internally and externally in decision-making to maintain SSEN's reputation.
You have
- Experience in customer service, including managing complaints.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- There are some technical aspects of this role that our amazing team will support and train you in, so it's important that you have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy learning new things.
- Excellent organisation, a flexible approach and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
- A focus on solutions and take pride in your service, meeting deadlines for optimal outcomes.
