Base Location: Inverness
Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Inverness. Every day is different, meeting and working with a wide variety of people, with different skill sets, all over Scotland. You have the opportunity to learn so much about the industry and develop your skills and your career.
You will
- Manage the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and deal with external supplier queries.
- Coordinate and prepare project related meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
- Support the project team to meet Project Governance milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate all project reporting and presentation packs – making sure these are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
- Assist with any additional project specific administration duties.
You have
- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders and project teams.
- A keen eye for detail, and an ability to prioritise workload, incorporating demanding deadlines. This includes the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- A demonstratable proven ability to problem solve and be able to prioritise and work in the most efficient and collaborative way. This will require excellent communication skills.
- The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.
- A sound understanding and experience of working with multiple software packages and systems.
The successful candidate would be expected to travel between different SSE offices/project sites, with the occasional overnight stay. Therefore, a driving licence is required.
