The role
We’re looking for a flexible and customer focused Meter Reader to work within Airtricity Gas NI.
You will
provide accurate reads of various gas meters in accordance with our licence to supply conditions
record and report all meter and network safety related issues, and accurately complete all documentation
liaise with internal departments regarding meter reading queries and supply licence compliance
work in partnership with your team to deliver the highest level of service to both customers and the business
actively contribute to team meetings and one to one’s, sharing any knowledge that has been gained through experience or from contact with others
You have
a customer and quality-focused mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
a flexible approach to working hours, as some evening and weekend work will be required
strong interpersonal skills, with problem solving capability
a current driving licence
