Meter Reader

Base Location: Belfast

Salary: £25,321 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

We’re looking for a flexible and customer focused Meter Reader to work within Airtricity Gas NI.

You will

• provide accurate reads of various gas meters in accordance with our licence to supply conditions
• record and report all meter and network safety related issues, and accurately complete all documentation
• liaise with internal departments regarding meter reading queries and supply licence compliance
• work in partnership with your team to deliver the highest level of service to both customers and the business
• actively contribute to team meetings and one to one’s, sharing any knowledge that has been gained through experience or from contact with others

You have

• a customer and quality-focused mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
• a flexible approach to working hours, as some evening and weekend work will be required
• strong interpersonal skills, with problem solving capability
• a current driving licence
