- Working closely with Learning Partners, Managers, and subject matter experts to identify and articulate learning needs, ensuring that all educational programs are relevant, practical, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

- Developing accessible, inclusive, and interactive learning journeys that provide outstanding learning experiences. This involves reviewing and enhancing existing materials and occasionally visiting sites to gain a deep understanding of operational needs.

- Leverage data, insights from past projects, and current industry trends to optimise the impact and cost-effectiveness of learning content, while staying updated on emerging trends and tools in the learning and development sector.

- Overseeing the planning, design, and development of high-quality blended learning programmes, managing each project from inception to delivery and ensuring that all learning initiatives enhance overall business performance.
