Customer Service & Operations Advisor – Energy, Billing & Credit

Salary: From €35,000/£28,190 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As we upgrade our Billing and Customer Record Systems, we’re creating exciting opportunities across our Operations, Billing, Credit Control, and Energy Advisory teams in Dublin and Belfast.

These 12–15 month flexible contract roles are ideal for people who love solving problems, working collaboratively, and making a real difference for customers. You’ll help us streamline processes, support new digital systems, and deliver outstanding service as we power towards a Net Zero future.

If you bring energy, enthusiasm, and strong customer or administrative experience - we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to shine.

You Will:

  • Manage day-to-day customer and operational queries, seeing each task through to completion.
  • Ensure accurate processing of data, invoices, and customer records.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues by phone, email, and other channels.
  • Support smooth transitions during system upgrades by identifying and resolving issues quickly.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

 You have:

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
  • Confidence working with numbers and data (experience in billing or credit control a plus).
  • The ability to prioritise, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to learn new systems and processes.
