What is the Role?
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator who will be responsible for:
- Reconciliation of cash receipts and accounts
- Investigating and allocating payments from suspense accounts
- Preparation of month-end reports
- Processing refunds
- Dealing with queries to ensure invoices are paid promptly
* we can offer 4 hours per day over 5 days, or 2.5 days per week working full time hours.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical / reconciliation skills
- A proven track record in working to tight deadlines
- A flexible approach to task management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
