As we upgrade our Billing and Customer Record Systems, we’re creating exciting opportunities across our Operations, Billing, Credit Control, and Energy Advisory teams in Dublin.

These 12–15 month flexible contract roles are ideal for people who love solving problems, working collaboratively, and making a real difference for customers. You’ll help us streamline processes, support new digital systems, and deliver outstanding service as we power towards a Net Zero future.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrators to join our Operations team. You’ll play a key role in managing customer payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts, and supporting the smooth running of our billing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile customer accounts and cash receipts accurately and on time

  • Investigate, allocate, and resolve payments held in suspense accounts

  • Prepare and deliver month-end reports and account summaries

  • Process customer refunds in line with company policies and procedures

  • Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A flexible and proactive approach to workload management

  • Commitment to accuracy and high standards of financial reporting
