Base Location: Melksham Depot

Salary: £29,504 - £34,757 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Onsite

We are looking for an HGV driver to join our team! 

This is an exciting opportunity to help us drive an increase in our internal delivery capability by supporting Overhead Linespersons to replace and upgrade the network.

You will

  • Drive various HGV’s including Pole Lorries and Unimog’s
  • Deliver poles and materials to site
  • Use HIAB to help install new poles and pole mounted equipment
  • Cear old equipment from site once replaced
  • You may also be required to monitor stock levels of some materials at the teams Project Store and feedback when levels low.

You have

  • An HGV Class 2 License
  • Experience operating a lorry mounted loader (HIAB)
  • Slinger / signaller experience
  • Fork lift or telehandler license (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience working around Utilities preferably Electricity Networks (desirable but not essential)
