What is the Role?
Managing cases raised by internal customers relating to smart accounts in the system, ensuring setup to bill correctly, data collection recorded and ECOES register flag maintained for all supply gains and meter exchanges.
Managing scenario's and messages in the system relating to smart meter installations and exchanges.
First point of contact via telephone and email for internal customers on matters relating to smart, ensuring that information supplied is accurate, relevant and resolves the request efficiently.
Managing smart cos gains/loss scenarios ensuring these are progressed in a timely manner.
Working with third parties to help resolve installation and incorrect meter detail issues.
What do I need?
Understanding of the smart customer journey with the ability to articulate in detailed understanding of Smart processes – SMETS1, SMETS2, gains, installation, commissioning, billing.
Knowledge of MOP processes eg. installation and commissioning
Ability to work with 3rd party service providers and ensure SSE Business Energy’s requirements remain prioritised at all times
Ability to be flexible and respond quickly. Projects and smart processes are constantly evolving which requires continuous exchanges with project teams and third parties to stay informed and ensure the team carries out the correct actions or pass on the correct information.
Excellent numeracy, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
