  • Structure and drive project plans through development and readiness phases, coordinating technical specialists and managing diverse stakeholders to achieve milestone approvals and Final Investment Decision.
  • Design the future site operations organisation, defining roles, structure and governance, and support recruitment and line management of the windfarm operations team 12–18 months ahead of commissioning.
  • Develop and implement operations and maintenance strategies covering wind turbines, electrical and offshore infrastructure, and transmission assets, including planning personnel, vessels, port facilities, warehousing and office requirements.
  • Integrate technical, commercial, contractual and operational strategies to maximise whole-life asset value, negotiate with equipment manufacturers and service providers, and lead or support wider strategic asset management initiatives.

You have

  • Demonstrable experience in offshore wind asset management and operations, including development and delivery of operations and maintenance strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects and securing key approvals in a multi-stakeholder environment.
