Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

We're looking for a Quality & Assurance Coordinator to join our Business Assurance team within SSEN Distribution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, maintaining high standards, and working with colleagues across a large organisation. You'll play a key role in supporting quality assurance activities, document control, business reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that help ensure we meet our regulatory and operational commitments.

You will

  • Support the management and continuous improvement of business processes, procedures and quality standards across the organisation.
  • Coordinate document control activities and maintain business documentation to ensure it remains accurate, compliant and accessible
  • Produce and analyse management information, performance measures and training statistics to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement and help implement practical solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting quality assurance activities, sharing best practice and helping teams deliver better outcomes.

You have

  • Experience supporting quality assurance, governance, compliance or business improvement activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to deadlines.  
  • Experience creating, maintaining or improving processes, procedures, guidance documents or operational standards.
  • Good analytical skills with experience producing reports, maintaining databases or working with performance information
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders and influence positive change.
