The Role
As Product Owner, you’ll shape how 20,000 colleagues connect, collaborate, and deliver their best work using Microsoft 365. You’ll own the roadmap for products such as Teams, Outlook, Viva, Planner, Azure DevOps, Loop, and Copilot, guiding both strategy and day-to-day management. Balancing innovation with governance and security, you’ll ensure our tools are easy to use, safe, and effective. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys defining strategy, working hands-on with delivery teams, and engaging colleagues to improve their digital workplace experience.
You Will
Own the roadmap for Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools, ensuring they deliver measurable colleague and business value.
Ensure governance, policies, and security controls are in place, balancing compliance with innovation.
Prioritise product improvements based on colleague needs, business outcomes, and Microsoft’s evergreen updates.
Drive adoption and enablement through communication, training, and fostering communities of practice.
Support the growth and development of your product team, ensuring the right blend of skills to manage the portfolio.
You Have
Proven experience as a Product Owner or senior administrator for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, or similar).
Strong knowledge of governance, access management, and security within Microsoft 365.
Experience with agile ways of working, backlog prioritisation, and adapting to rapid change in cloud-based (evergreen) service models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
A strategic, value-driven mindset with experience driving adoption and change management.
