Process Change Owner

Base Location: Perth, Cardiff or Reading

Salary: £43,704 - £51,484 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

As a Process Change Owner you will be responsible for the identification, root cause analysis and solution delivery for improvement opportunities within Business Energy – through working with process stakeholders and effective implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies. 

You Will:

• Take responsibility for the Identification of CI opportunities within the process area.
• Manage key stakeholder engagement; building strong working relationships and facilitating the growth of CI understanding and cultural development.
• Responsibility for presenting findings, conclusions and implementation plans to stakeholders, including up to Director level.
• Deliver successful CI projects and initiatives which eliminate waste and realise cost benefit, and/or facilitate improvement in key service outputs.
• Support the rollout of our new Operational Excellence capability.

You Have:

• Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to articulate using a range of methods to suit the required audience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or associated qualifications advantageous.
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach with the ability to balance the needs of both the customer and business.
