Base Location:
Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 6 month Secondment/Fixed Term | Full Time | Flexible First options available (Hybrid working)
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant has arisen within our SSE Distribution team.
You will report into the Managing Directors Executive Assistant while providing shared support to two Directors.
The successful candidate will be required to provide overall administrative support including complex diary management, booking of travel and accommodation, organising team meetings and events.
Roles & responsibilities will also include:
- Monitoring and reviewing emails, ensuring any actions/deadlines are met within the timeframes given.
- Where relevant, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Additional admin duties will include processing of Purchase Orders, expenses/credit card expenditure, hospitality register as well as assisting with the on-boarding of new starters.
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at Director level with reliability, discretion, and an understanding of confidential issues.
- Impeccable organisational skills and a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive work environment and build strong working relationships.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite.
