The role

We're looking for a Performance and Compliance Administrator to join our Transmission Procurement and Commercial function, supporting a team of over 100 colleagues who help deliver the Transmission Business' ambitious £20bn+ project portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a valued role at the heart of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to ensure our processes, reporting and governance activities are delivered effectively and safely. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders, providing administration, insight and coordination that enables the function to perform at its best while maintaining high standards of compliance, accountability and safety.

You will

- Support performance and compliance activities by coordinating reporting, audits, reviews and governance processes across the function.
- Maintain and administer key registers, trackers and commercial documentation, ensuring information is accurate, organised and managed securely.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and objectives, collating and analysing data to provide meaningful performance insights.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues across Procurement & Commercial, Finance, Risk, Legal and Assurance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate team onboarding activities, meetings and events, helping to create an inclusive, collaborative and safe working environment for all.

You have

- Experience supporting compliance, governance, procurement or assurance activities, with an understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to provide guidance, seek commitment and work collaboratively with others.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, with experience collating, analysing and presenting data to support informed decision-making and safe, compliant ways of working.
