Base Location: Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness
Salary: £37,075 - £43,063 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Data & Compliance Technician to support our Transmission goal of Net Zero.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Management of inspection, maintenance and testing outputs, ensuring they are recorded accurately upon completion of maintenance and defect rectification within databases and reporting tools.
- Ensuring Key Performance Indicator information is maintained for all operations and maintenance activities and reports, including accurate recording of Insulation & Interruption Gas (IIG) and Oil activity and ensuring all Electricity Safety, Quality & Continuity Regulations (ESQCR) defects are recorded and rectification or mitigation completed and recorded.
- Data review and assurance checks on all inputs to Maximo from engineering teams etc. Ensuring accuracy such that statutory and internal reporting requirements can be implemented.
- High level technical verification of Construction Design & Management (CDM) Health and Safety information, ensuring compliance with set project deliverables that are suitable for use throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Ensuring all relevant supporting technical documentation, such as vendor manuals and schematic drawings, are maintained and available to facilitate on-site operations and maintenance activities.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Minimum SVQ Level 3 in engineering discipline, HNC preferred. Experience in a similar role within the power systems industry will be considered.
- Demonstrable awareness and understanding of main power systems components and a working knowledge of all technical functions within power systems operations.
- Excellent understanding and use of Maximo and other internal systems, such as SYPOL, Vault, Electric Office, ESRI ArcGIS.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
