Base Location: SSEN Solent Park Depot (Portsmouth)
Salary: £29,504 - £34,757 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 12 months Fixed Term Contract | Full Time
The role
SSEN is seeking a Mobile Generation Administrator to support the Mobile Diesel Generation team in delivering mobile power solutions for both planned and emergency work.
The successful candidate will prioritise the use of SSE’s own fleet and coordinate with external contractors when additional resources are required.
You will
- Manage financial records by inputting financial data accurately and on time.
- Handle iBuy/Procurement tasks which include Purchase Orders, receipting invoices, and monitoring invoice disputes and payments.
- Coordinate Mobile Generation hire/off hire via telephony/email, ensuring efficient & effective dispatch to support of front-line engineers.
- Maintain operational reports through daily, weekly, and monthly data input and updates.
- Ensure office and desk housekeeping and provide ad hoc support the business during weather events as required.
You have
- Proficient experience in the use of a wide variety of key software programmes including but not limited to iBuy, Excel, Word, Sims, Google, Web-fleet.
- A high level of attention to detail when inputting data and completing tasks.
- The ability to prioritise workloads under demanding situations.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbal.
- A positive, adaptable enthusiastic attitude to work, constantly seeking ways to improve the workplace.
