Working Pattern: Permanent weekly rota of 37 hours per week. Working hours are 12-8pm Monday - Friday and one in 3 Saturdays
About the Department
SSE Enterprise Utilities is the Distributed Energy (DE) and Private Networks business of SSE plc. We finance, own, operate and maintain energy infrastructure for commercial, industrial, and residential customers - providing them with a market leading project development service and certainty of operational performance and asset management.
What is the Role?
Providing great Customer Service managing the accounts for Combined Heat and Power customers and other Enterprise Utility business areas.
You will spend your working week split between taking inbound customer service calls and completing clerical back-office work.
You will ensure the concerns of every customer, ranging from routine account enquiries to complex billing complaints are fully understood and resolved.
What do I need?
We need people who are genuine and caring with great listening skills and the empathy to go the extra mile for customers on each and every call.
You should be resilient with the ability to stay calm even when working under pressure and enjoy finding solutions to problems whilst adhering to operational processes and industry regulations.
As you will be dealing with written correspondence it is essential that you have Microsoft office applications experience, can work quickly and accurately with a great eye to detail.
