Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Dublin office

Salary: €65,300 - €97,900 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

You’ll help drive one of our most significant operational transformations (Keystone), the upgrading of our billing platform from Peace v8 to CIS11 across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll lead the Go / No-Go readiness governance, ensuring releases and migrations land safely, with clear criteria, complete evidence, and an auditable decision trail.

You’ll work across programme delivery, BAU operational teams, testing, cutover and hypercare, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to readiness activity. A key aspect of the role is making business / SME resourcing decisions, maintaining a demand-versus-capacity view, confirming named owners and allocations, and escalating constraints early with clear options and impacts.

You will

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end business readiness plan and tracker, including deliverables, owners, timelines, dependencies, and evidential artefacts, ensuring alignment to programme increments and sprint cycles.
  • Lead Go / No-Go readiness checkpoints and governance gate reviews, setting clear evidence expectations, driving actions to closure, and securing formal sign-offs with a robust, auditable trail.
  • Produce decision-grade reporting for governance forums, delivering clear RAG status, metrics, dashboards, and narrative covering risks, issues, actions, and required decisions.
  • Manage the readiness evidence register across all workstreams (training, processes, RBAC / access, testing, cutover, operational controls), ensuring strict version control, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Drive cross-functional readiness delivery, including dependency management, UAT and defect readiness / triage, and cutover and hypercare planning, assuring runbook completeness, rehearsals, staffing readiness, BAU transition, and early escalation of risks to release and stabilisation.

You have

  • Strong, demonstrable delivery operations / programme delivery experience within structured governance environments, demonstrating strong operational control across gate-based frameworks and complex delivery landscapes.
  • Experience establishing and running end-to-end readiness governance, including RAID, RAG, trackers, checkpoint packs, evidence registers, and formal sign-off processes.
  • The ability to develop and translate performance metrics into executive insight, producing MI and dashboards (e.g. readiness, training, defects, cutover, hypercare) and shaping clear narratives for senior stakeholder forums.
  • Expertise in applying robust delivery discipline across testing and cutover phases, with working knowledge of UAT cycles, defect triage, readiness exit criteria, and cutover planning (runbooks, rehearsals, dependencies).
  • The ability to drive effective resource management and control, coordinating SME capacity (demand vs. supply, allocation, BAU cover / backfill), proactively escalating constraints with clear options and impact assessments, while maintaining audit-ready documentation across SharePoint / Teams.
