Business Change Manager

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €76,000 - €105,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

Our Business Change Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals within the User Acceptance Testing and User Experience design discipline. You’ll also have oversight on Change Frameworks, Governance and Communications for Airtricity.

You will

• Lead and manage a team of professionals within the specific teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of agile methodologies.
• Develop a strategy for User Experience and Business Testing within Airtricity
• Lead the Business Change team in preparing for Strategic Alignment and Product Alignment sessions.
• Lead the Change Framework and Governance across the Business Change team to ensure the organisation is value and outcome focused

You have

• Demonstrable experience in Business Change, using data driven decision making and keeping the customer at the core.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to gain alignment on business priorities.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• The ability to solve complex problems and develop new and innovative ways to overcome issues.
• The capability to develop an atmosphere of confidence, respect, and trust, whilst acting as a role model within the team.
