The role
As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to join our BMS Support team. Our Support business has a fantastic reputation in the industry and has some exciting plans to grow and develop the region further, which you can play a key part in.
You will
Carry out BMS pre planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works
Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns, both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently.
Provide detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.
You have
Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls. Experience with Siemens Apogee would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.
Sound levels of customer service, with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.
An agile working approach, with flexibility to support an on-call rota structure.
A full driving licence, as you will be travelling to different sites.
