Base Location: Elgin with some travel

Salary: £30,684 - £36,666 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

Responsible for the day-to-day management of physical inventory, ensuring materials are received, stored, issued, and controlled efficiently. The role maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory records, supports effective stock control processes, and ensures materials are readily available to meet operational requirements. The post holder is also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised stores environment while adhering to company procedures and health and safety standards.

You will

• Receive and return store materials according to company procedures.
• Issue materials to personnel based on stock requests from the Resource Controller.
• Conduct regular stock checks and keep inventory records updated.
• Report inventory levels and discrepancies to the Resource Controller as necessary.
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

You have

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as required
• Counterbalance desirable
