Business Analyst

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Dublin office

Salary: €49,400 - €74,200 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to identify and drive business requirements and reporting for our exciting “Keystone” programme. Keystone is a major transformation programme which involves the implementation of a new integrated billing and CRM system into the SSE Airtricity supply business. The role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable insights across multiple systems, including supporting dual running activities where outputs from legacy and new systems must be reconciled and validated.

You will

• design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring key insights are being captured to support the successful delivery of the programme
• translate requirements into effective data models, KPIs, and visualisations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• support dual running reporting across legacy and new systems, ensuring regulated policy is adhered to in solutions
• work directly with the Keystone team, IT, Operations & Customer Experience, Sales, Commercial, Finance, Settlements, and Business Change to ensure all business readiness and cutover activities are delivered to plan

You have

• proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query (M) in both Power BI and Excel, Azure DevOps (or equivalent), SQL or database querying
• excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing complex situations, identifying key issues, and analysing data to derive actionable insights
• strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your findings, requirements, and recommendations to stakeholders
• experience in transformation projects with a good understanding of project management methodologies and reporting processes
• strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
