  • Manage the Asset Management Third‑Party Enquiries mailbox ensuring timely and professional responses.

You have

  • Experience in a busy administrative or business support role, ideally within an operational, technical or fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent IT capability, including confident use of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams).
  • A dependable and professional approach, with the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders across the business.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a wider team.
