The role

As an Electrical Asset Integrity Engineer, you’ll provide technical expertise and oversight to safeguard the medium and long-term integrity of operational assets, while contributing operations and maintenance insight to new development projects. In doing so, you’ll minimise asset downtime and maintain compliance with our safety standards.

You will

  • Develop and deliver long-term asset management, maintenance and integrity strategies, including predictive, preventative and reactive maintenance plans, critical spares management and obsolescence mitigation.
  • Provide expert technical support and rapid fault response, leading root cause investigations and implementing sustainable solutions to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Manage engineering projects and work scopes from planning through to delivery, including budgeting, commercial management, stakeholder engagement, reporting and compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, OEMs, contractors and technical specialists to drive continuous improvement, share best practice, support new developments and mentor junior engineers.

You have

  • A degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven electrical engineering experience within an operational environment.
  • Experience delivering complex technical projects and working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of asset management frameworks, integrity management systems and a range of maintenance strategies.
