The role

We're seeking experienced Business Change Managers to join our Bridge Transformation Programme and play a crucial role in delivering transformational change across people, processes, and technology.

In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with project teams and senior leaders to shape and embed change initiatives that deliver real business benefits. From developing change strategies to building stakeholder engagement and readiness, you'll ensure our people have the confidence, capability, and support needed to succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic transformation initiatives, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and accelerate your professional growth while making a tangible difference to our future success.

Some of your other main accountabilities will include;

  • Leading and coordinating change initiatives, ensuring activities are effectively planned, aligned and delivered through our Business Change Framework, driving consistency, successful outcomes and lasting value.
  • Designing and delivering structured change journeys that inspire confidence, helping individuals and teams successfully navigate and embrace new ways of working.
  • Partnering with training specialists to develop and implement engaging learning solutions, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills and support needed to thrive through change.
  • Building strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making, resolving challenges and driving the successful adoption of change.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, supporting teams as change is embedded and sustained in business-as-usual operations.

To be successful in this role, we would love you to have;

  • Proven experience leading business change across large-scale transformation programmes, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, project lifecycles and governance frameworks, with the ability to apply these effectively to drive adoption and lasting business benefits.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and engage senior leaders across the organisation.
  • Experience working within regulated industries or operationally complex businesses, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities this presents.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding experiences for customers and stakeholders.
