About the Role
Base Location: Belfast or Dublin
Salary: £30,600 - £46,000/€46,600 - €62,400 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: 16-month Secondment | Full Time | Flexible First options available
We have an exciting opportunity in our Back Office Operations Team for a motivated Team Leader. We’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering a positive customer experience and exceeding expectations. In this role you will:
- manage all aspects of team performance, mentoring and coaching to ensure the team are achieving department objectives
- lead the team in all safety family values, improving and maintaining workflows and processes
- represent the team / department in a variety of projects that will impact operations and work towards achieving the best results for both the business and customer experience
- ensure that every team member is equipped to work correctly, productively and safely in line with company policies, standards and legislation. This will include setting standards, embedding the right team behaviours and undertaking lessons learned and feedback when required.
- be a point of contact for any complaints or conflict that may arise
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- strong, proven leadership, diagnostic, problem-solving and organisational skills
- demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a working knowledge of MS Office
- the ability to be an effective communicator at all levels, within and beyond your own teams, and with customers
- self-motivation and the willingness to motivate the team to achieve set targets
- a positive attitude, who works well as part of a team
