What is the Role?
Electrical engineering graduates joining SSEN Transmission will be at the forefront of building a better world of energy for future generations.
Graduates will follow a specialist pathway, working with specialists in their field to gain a depth of knowledge and exposure to equip them for a substantive post at SSEN Transmission.
System Performance Engineers undertake power system studies to support the integration of low carbon generation and related technologies onto the transmission system in the north of Scotland. Our System Performance team carries out advanced power system studies with cutting edge techniques and high performance computing facilities.

You’ll have a minimum of a 2:2 in the desired degree disciplines listed above.

You should be comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets and using your own initiative to overcome challenges.
