Test Automation Engineer

Base Location: Perth, Cardiff, Reading

Salary: £49,004 to £57,728 and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

As a Test Automation Engineer you will foster quality and product delivery excellence by using proven testing practices. You will be working as part of a cross-functional delivery team enabling frequent product releases by orchestrating rapid, reliable testing activities. 

You will

- Design and develop reusable automated test scripts.
- Act as a test automation subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and experience with other members of the team.
- Collaborate with analysis and development resources to ensure test automation requirements areincluded in project delivery
- Define data and environment requirements.
- Coordinate and report on test automation activities in your workstream.

You have

- A solid understanding of testing best practice and the development lifecycle with good experience of applying this knowledge in a testing capacity.
- Competency in the use of test automation tools and technologies.
- Software development skills and an understanding of software development best practices.
