Salary: £37,075 - £43,063 + car/cash allowance  + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

We are looking for a Streetworks Coordinator to join our team in Slough!

As a Streetworks Coordinator you will be part of a small team and coordinate the delivery of streetworks across the Thames Valley Region.

You will

  • Lead and oversee Street Works compliance in the region, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Serve as the regional escalation point for the Contracts Manager, ensuring clear communication and change management.
  • Engage with Local Authorities on Street Works issues, attend HAUC meetings, and track agreed actions.
  • Review and allocate Street Works costs accurately, providing regular financial reports to the Contracts Manager.
  • Support emergency response efforts, maintain high-quality information flow with contract partners and Local Authorities.

You have

  • Strong knowledge of DNO operations, street works processes (HAUC, NRSWA), and related legislation.
  • Financial and commercial awareness, including understanding of Street Works unit costs.
  • Proven experience delivering utility operational work (ideally in electrical distribution) within contract/partner frameworks and target-driven settings.
  • Commitment to safety in all street works activities; holds relevant Street Works qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

The role will require regular travel and a full current driving license is essential.
