Base Location: Dublin
Salary: €48,500 - €72,700 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
- Play an active role in major incidents, understanding business impact and providing regular communication back to business stakeholders.
- Help manage operational escalations (incidents, requests) from ECS customers through to their conclusion.
- Provide analysis and reporting of IT Services for the directorate service delivery function. Prepare service reports and communications that are tailored to different situations and audiences and will provide input into customer-facing service review meetings.
- Carry out in-depth analysis of IT services to identify and document key issues of concern, operational risk and service improvements within Energy Customer Solutions to ensure that IT services remain performant and secure.
- Develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships, collecting and using feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure and improve the effectiveness of stakeholder management.
