Base Location: Dublin
Salary: €49,400 - €74,200 and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

You Have
- Experience creating test strategies and plans
- Coordinating, reporting and monitoring performance of testing activities
- Collaborating with Delivery Leads to help define delivery plans
- Assisting the Test Manager in the identification of initiatives to deliver innovative improvements to the test process
- Mentoring and guiding more junior colleagues
You Will
- Proven experience in a Test Lead or senior Test Analyst role (Web or app preferable but not required)
- Solid understanding of testing best practice and the development lifecycle with good experience of applying this knowledge
- Ability to adapt testing processes and risk based testing techniques to optimise delivery of outcomes
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog triage, ceremonies) and how testing integrates into agile delivery.
- Be competent in the use of multiple test management tools - Azure DevOps
