Salary: €90,300 - €135,500 / £66,100 - £99,100 + car allowance + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role:
 
SSE is growing we have a vacancy for an IT Senior Technical Product Owner across all ECS digital teams, with a focus on integration. 
 
As an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner, you'll join SSE's IT team to work across all Digital  platforms in ECS, to support the strategy and delivery across multiple portfolios of high-profile customer facing initiatives to drive SSE's large scale digital transformation
 
You will:
  • Ensure the vision across all Digital platforms is in line with ECS strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders 
  • Supports business leaders and stakeholders in preparation for implementation and change management in product rollout and enhancements
  • Ensure that the IT/ business strategy, policy and standards are adhered to across ECS IT platforms, thus achieving commonality and ease of maintenance
  • Actively partake in SCRUM of SCRUM ceremonies and be the single point of communication for cross platform deliveries providing direction to the team and stakeholders.
You have

  • Proven experience as working as a Product Owner within IT/ Technical role in a mature agile team across multiple platforms
  • Core understanding and experience of greenfield deliveries across mobile and web development incl. the integration of such platforms into the wider technical enterprise estate
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder and IT relationships esp. when it comes high profile, high impact, high value deliveries
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and prioritise technical product requirements that cross over multiple platforms and business units 
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an understanding and working experience of agile processes and principals
  • Previous experience in scaling knowledge and delivering on digital transformations
