Base Location:  Scotland Tayside- Flexible 

Salary: £50,100 - £75,100 + car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role 

Are you passionate about creating smooth and efficient environments? We’re looking for a Regional Manager to lead and ensure the seamless delivery of our Facilities Management services in your area. You’ll be the go-to person for all FM activities, ensuring that every task is completed to perfection and that service standards are met with care.

In this role, you’ll oversee all sites, manage contractors and employees, and prioritise safety for everyone. You’ll work closely with local teams, users, and stakeholders, understanding their needs and making sure everything runs smoothly. Your attention to detail will ensure that we meet all service expectations, with a focus on collaboration and support.

You will 

Regional Oversight: Manage all Facilities Management activities in the region, ensuring work is completed on time, to the correct standards, and with skilled staff.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety checks are completed, staff and contractors are properly trained, and work is carried out safely in compliance with regulations.

 Work Control & Support: Monitor site managers, ensure contractors are briefed, verify work is completed to expectations, and address any issues promptly.

Communication & Reporting: Report on FM performance, prioritize based on local needs, and provide detailed feedback on staff, contractors, and work schedules to senior management.

Budget & Service Management: Oversee the regional budget, ensure cost-efficiency, manage service delivery, and work with teams to improve services and meet targets.

You have 

 Holds a qualified IWFM Level 4 Diploma or above.

Conducts documented monthly reviews with key internal and external stakeholders.

Possesses detailed knowledge of service practices and operational management in Facilities Management.

Manages performance, absence, and reporting processes.

Has expertise in front-of-house management and understands the regulatory/compliance requirements for equipment and facilities.
