Base Location: Leinster Region, Republic of Ireland

Salary: €56,500 - €65,000 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + company vehicle + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

We're looking for a Project Manager to work within our Warmer Homes and Local Authority EERP programmes. Within this role your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the on time, within scope and within budget, delivery of SEAI grant funded projects to our customers.

- Management of contractors who will be installing various home upgrade measures. You will manage projects primarily in the field and report directly to the Operations Manager.

- Developing the project from the allocation, through to final handover. This will include overseeing the design, programming, Health and Safety Inspections and QA sign off.

- Liaise with Sub-contractors and clients, ensuring the project is carried out to their requirements.

- Reviewing and improving operating processes throughout the project, to ensure efficiencies are identified and maximised.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Proven experience operating as either a Project Manager or Project Coordinator within the construction sector.

- SEAI BEC / BEH / Deep retrofit product and scheme knowledge.

- Experience and strong knowledge of commercial management on projects including minimising cost-overruns and ensuring any variances to scope during the project are properly costed and approved by the homeowner before commencing.

- Experience of managing contractors and customer expectations, to enable smooth delivery of domestic retrofit projects.

- The ability to ensure compliance with company health and safety and quality and environmental management systems, capable of challenging unsafe behaviour directly with contractors and other stakeholders involved in each project.
