Base Location: Inverness
Salary: £41,583 - £48,296 + car /car allowance + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team within our Connections department. This role will involve the development, refinement and execution of new projects across our operational area. This role will involve projects in the Highlands and Islands area and will include a mixture of working from home and at our offices in Inverness.
You will
- Coordinate and prioritise essential project outcomes for multiple projects in the Highland area.
- Guarantee projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet quality standards.
- Assist both our clients and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly, along with attending site meetings.
- Enhance profitability and opportunities through outstanding customer service, identifying improvements for collaboration.
- Support delivery managers to implement Safety Management Systems, CDM regulations, best practices, and governance processes as required.
You have
- Experience in creating project schedules, budgets, resource plans to deliver effective and affordable schemes.
- The ability to meet project deadlines, quality, and budget goals, with precise and timely progress and financial reports.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office software, with extensive experience of using Excel and Project.
- A familiarity with regulated industries, ideally electricity or utilities, however this is not mandatory.
- Proven experience working in project teams adhering to governance processes and knowledge of Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and governance standards.
