Base Location: Flexible UK & Ireland, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Reading, London or Dublin.
Salary: £58,100-£87,100/€76,100-€114,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Role
We are seeking a Project Commercial Manager (Development & Construction) to join our Commercial Management team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of our renewable energy projects across Great Britain and Ireland.
Operating within a dynamic and evolving energy market, you will lead commercial strategy across wind and hydro developments, navigating complexity and uncertainty to maximise long-term value. You will ensure strong governance, robust business cases, effective contract management, and disciplined cost and risk control throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a trusted commercial adviser, you will influence key stakeholders and represent shareholder interests within joint venture (JV) arrangements where required.

You are a commercially driven self-starter who thrives in complex, evolving environments and is comfortable managing ambiguity across large-scale infrastructure projects. Results-focused and strategically minded, you understand how the wider energy market operates and how market dynamics influence project value and decision-making.
