Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based Inverness with travel to projects in the Highlands and Islands and you'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office.
Salary: £29,504 - £34,757 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
Due to ever-increasing workload, the Offshore Delivery Directorate within SSEN Transmission has an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in our project teams.
The role will involve travelling to different sites/offices with the occasional night away. A driving license is essential.
You will
- Register visitors to Office on system. Greet visitors and new starts on site.
- Assist the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, PPE ordering, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries.
- Manage project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
- Support the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.
- Travel to projects as required.
You have
- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders and project teams.
- You'll be competent using Microsoft Office packages and a flair for picking up new IT systems would be a bonus.
- Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
- An analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, be able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.
- A high regard for safety, of both yourself and your surroundings at all times is imperative.
