Are you analytical, organised and interested in how major infrastructure projects are successfully planned, controlled and delivered?

As a Programme & Project Services Graduate, you’ll gain experience across areas such as risk, planning and scheduling, reporting, project controls and information management. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to understand how project information, schedules and risks are managed, helping teams make informed decisions and deliver projects with confidence and control.

Through a range of placements, you’ll build a broad understanding of Programme & Project Services and develop the analytical, organisational and project controls skills needed to progress into a specialist role within the function. The planned graduate pathway includes rotations across Risk, Planning and Information Management.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or another related subject.

We’re looking for graduates who are excited by the opportunity to develop specialist project services expertise and support the effective delivery of major electricity transmission projects.

You’ll likely be someone who:

- Takes an analytical and methodical approach, using information and data to understand problems and support sound decision-making.

- Is organised, pays close attention to detail and can manage changing priorities while maintaining accurate information.

- Communicates clearly and can present complex information in a way that is easy for different audiences to understand.

- Enjoys working collaboratively and can build effective relationships with project teams and specialist colleagues.

- Takes ownership of their learning, responds positively to feedback and is motivated to develop expertise across risk, planning and information management.
