The role
You will own the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) delivery of product, proposition, pricing, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance, clarity and timely execution in both ROI and NI markets.
You will
Develop compelling customer propositions and messaging, using customer, competitor and market insight to ensure relevance and differentiation across all channels
Manage multiple concurrent projects using robust project and change management techniques, delivering to timelines while maintaining operational and regulatory integrity
Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders including marketing, operations, sales, commercial, legal and compliance, ensuring alignment and removing blockers to launch
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies, reducing time-to-market, and enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints
You have
Demonstrable experience in B2C go-to-market, product, or proposition delivery, ideally within energy, telecoms, banking or other regulated industries
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organisations, including senior stakeholders
Strong project and change management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent launches on time and to spec
An analytical focus with strong commercial acumen, able to interpret customer and market insights to shape propositions and messaging
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset and a passion for customer-centric delivery
