Base Location: Perth
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
We have an opportunity for a Change Delivery Analyst to join our Change and System Operations team. This team is responsible for delivering business and IT change within the Energy Markets business, plus the support of bespoke energy trading applications. The Energy Markets business has a complex IT systems landscape which is essential to enable critical daily 24/7 trading.
You will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues in IT and the business to ensure that systems are upgraded and developed to ensure they are resilient, up to date and satisfy business needs, supporting effective delivery of larger projects.
You will
- Collaborate with the business to understand requirements, assess new demand, and ensure technical developments align with business priorities and governance controls.
- Deliver front-end system configuration in line with business needs and project objectives.
- Support project delivery by applying business and systems knowledge to ensure effective outcomes.
- Assist with system testing and provide assurance that technical solutions meet functional expectations.
- Contribute to comprehensive cutover planning and the development of robust, sustainable support models.
You have
- Change Delivery experience within an energy trading environment.
- Understanding of IT Change Management processes for implementation and deployment.
- A proven track record of delivering within challenging timescales, the ability to effectively prioritise, plan and organise, balance immediate and longer-term business priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated experience of analytics and problem-solving.
