The role
As Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in turning our Digital Strategy into real, high-impact change. You’ll lead talented project delivery teams to deliver the digital products, platforms and capabilities that help SSEN Transmission build the electricity network of the future — supporting the UK’s journey to net zero and enabling cleaner, more secure energy for generations to come. This is a role where your leadership will make a tangible difference, ensuring every delivery is focused on customer needs, business value and meaningful outcomes.
You’ll be accountable for leading end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle and roadmap, bringing together people, partners and plans to create solutions that genuinely help the business perform better. Using the right blend of agile and waterfall delivery approaches, you’ll provide strong control over cost, resources and progress, while empowering teams to deliver at pace and with purpose — helping us modernise how we work, accelerate digital transformation and contribute to a low-carbon future.

By delivering the systems, software, data and security that power our business, we help connect more renewable energy, modernise critical infrastructure and make a real difference for future generations.
