Customer Service Settlements Administrator

Base Location:  Reading/Perth or Cardiff

Salary: £28,072 - £34,757 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern:  Full Time |  Flexible First options available

The role

You will be part of the settlements team reporting to the Settlements Team Manager, working on metering and settlements exceptions and analysing datasets from various stakeholders to achieve internal and external targets.  Knowledge around settlements or metering processes will be required, but training will be provided.    Experience on Evolve and Market Flow will also be advantageous..  As part of the role, you will be responsible for supporting our transition into MHHS settlements with data cleanse activity and meter data collection initiatives. Your role will include:

- Identifying and working exceptions through reporting data, sharing your insights and actively progressing solutions.

- Provide reports and tracking settlements data such as D0010’s, D0095’s to drive business improvement.

- Manage exceptions impacting settlements performance, ensuring there is a path to resolution.

- Work on metering projects to manage potential business impacts on settlements performance.

- Support data analysis processes, identifying and tracking required requests against Elexon and OFGEM targets. 

 

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Knowledge of energy market, particularly Electricity, Gas, Smart metering and Operational settlements

- Understanding of industry regulations including Elexon and Xoserve.

- Understanding of metering industry flows and their functions.

- Experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Experience of working within a project or programme environment.
