The role
As Change and PMO Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving the change management, communication, and governance strategy for the Finance Process & Change (FP&C) programme. Reporting to the Head of FP&C, you'll ensure that project and process improvement initiatives are effectively adopted, embedded, and sustained across the Finance function.
This role requires expertise in change management, with a strong understanding of readiness planning, behavioural change and change psychology. You’ll design and lead strategies that support smooth transitions, manage resistance constructively, and promote long-term adoption across the organisation.
In addition to overseeing change management, you'll own the programme’s financial management, ensuring budget alignment and effective resourcing. Your role will include ensuring that the programme aligns with corporate governance requirements, maintaining oversight of governance controls, risk management, and reporting across all workstreams.
Working closely with the Programme Delivery team, you’ll ensure that delivery and change initiatives are tightly aligned, driving both operational success and cultural transformation.
You’ll lead a team of Change and PMO Analysts, and your success will depend on your ability to build trust-based relationships, engage stakeholders authentically, and communicate with clarity to foster collaboration and alignment across the programme.
