Base Location: Cardiff, Reading or Perth
Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The Role
As the Business Change Manager you will set, own and apply agile, waterfall and Hybrid methodology within the overarching Business Change framework. You will ensure all business change activities and deliverables are delivered on time to quality and budget across a portfolio of change, projects and programmes spanning multiple areas of the business.
You will
- Coach, guide and consult project managers, programme managers and business change resources of the effective use of Business Change framework.
- Provide forecast requirements, governance and quality assurance on business change deliverables across projects ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Lead the development and delivery of the overarching approach to education and training, working with HR and Learning and Talent as required.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business change, project and programme stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of service and realisation of benefits.
- Manage, motivate and empower your team to deliver efficient and effective business change across the business.
You have
- Experience in delivering Business Change in strategic and regulatory environments, across a dynamic change or transformation landscape.
- Understanding and awareness of commercial opportunities, competitive markets and regulatory environment.
- Experience developing and shaping strong business change principles, methodologies and templates to support Business Change framework.
- Ability to demonstrate subject matter expertise in the non-domestic energy business & market, with a strong understanding of all Business Change disciplines (organisational design, education and training, communication and engagement, business readiness) and best practices.
- Experience of direct and matrix management of people with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
