Salary: £51,600 - £77,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

Are you passionate about helping people navigate change with confidence, clarity and support? As a Business Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how transformational change is successfully embedded across Energy Markets. Working collaboratively with business teams, product owners, delivery leads and technology colleagues, you'll ensure new ways of working, systems and processes are introduced in a way that feels engaging, inclusive and sustainable. This is an exciting opportunity to influence meaningful change, empower colleagues through periods of transition, and help create a safe, supportive environment where people and teams can thrive while delivering lasting value.

 

You will

- Lead business readiness activities for strategic change initiatives, helping colleagues understand, embrace and prepare for change in a safe and supportive way.

- Partner with business, technology and delivery teams to translate complex regulatory and technology change initiatives into clear plans, practical actions and sustainable outcomes.

- Develop and deliver adoption strategies for new systems, processes and ways of working, including communications, engagement, learning, coaching and post-implementation support to help change successfully embed.

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and potential barriers to success, ensuring decisions are informed and delivery remains on track through practical planning and delivery support where needed.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration, shared ownership and positive change that benefits customers, colleagues and the wider business.

 

You have

- Experience leading or supporting business change initiatives within complex operational, technology or regulated environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a natural ability to build trusted relationships, listen actively and explain complex topics in a clear and inclusive way.

-Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities, anticipate risks and support teams through change with confidence and care.

- Experience facilitating collaborative workshops and discussions, bringing diverse perspectives together to solve problems, build consensus and deliver practical outcomes.

- A curious, resilient and continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for learning, supporting others through change and delivering sustainable outcomes.
